1. General Overview
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.
Orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
2. Window of Return
To start the return process, please contact us at Support@havenhush.com during this window.
3. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund if any of the following apply:
The product arrived with broken or opened packaging.
The product is defective or unusable upon arrival.
You received the wrong item.
Proof of purchase (e.g., email confirmation or receipt) is required.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We may provide a prepaid return label in cases of severe damage or incorrect item delivery.
5. Non-Eligible Returns
If your return does not meet the conditions listed above:
You may still receive up to 50% of the item's original price.
Opened but undamaged items are not eligible for full refunds.
We may offer store credit (up to 50%) instead of a refund.
6. Refund Processing
To request a refund, email support@havenhush.com with:
Images of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
Our team will review and respond within 15 business days.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process it.
7. Replacements
If preferred, we can replace your item instead of issuing a refund.
All replacements depend on product availability.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
Items damaged due to misuse or overuse
Unopened, undamaged items in original packaging
Gift cards and sale items
once ordered, cannot be cancelled after 24 hours
9. Pre-Orders & Backorders
You will not be charged for backorders/preorders until items are shipped.
You can change or cancel these orders before they are dispatched.
Orders older than 6 months are eligible only for store credit, not refunds.
